Noor: Festival of Lights | Souk Al Seef, Dubai

Noor: Festival of Lights is a Diwali celebration returning to Dubai on 7–8 November 2026 at Souk Al Seef, Dubai. The festival brings together lights, sweets, music, dance, family activities and festive experiences, offering a celebration inspired by the spirit of Diwali and the feeling of enjoying a piece of home away from home.

The two-day festival features The Noor Procession with Light Puppets and Dhol, Sufi Soundscapes by The Shams, Bhangra Queens by Nazm Kaur, and Rang-e-Punjab with Jasbir Jassi on 7 November. On 8 November, the festival presents Sooraj Santhosh Live under the theme "Illuminating Souls Through Sound". The programme brings together live music, cultural performances and dance as part of the Festival of Lights celebrations.

Noor: Festival of Lights takes place on 7 and 8 November 2026 at Souk Al Seef, Dubai.
